It's usually a bad day when an officer stops you and gives you a traffic ticket. In addition to the ticket, many officers in Charlotte County also give out a brochure about traffic school. The school helps reduce your fine and the points on your license. Unfortunately for the county, one of the numbers doesn't hook offenders up with traffic school, but with hookers on a racy phone sex line.
