Charter2000-Aliran launched its media monitoring blog, with the help of a group of dedicated volunteers, all of whom were concerned about media bias. Read all about it: Double Dutch killer's prison blog: Take the extraordinary Martin K, a Dutch double-murderer who is three years into a 14-year stretch for slashing the partner of a former girlfriend and for his part in a cafe shooting.
But being banged up hasn't stopped the resourceful prisoner - affectionately known in underworld circles as "Martin the Stutterer" (stir done 'is nerves in, see?). He writes a blog from behind bars, much to the consternation of the Dutch prison authorities.
Though inmates are denied internet access (in case they buy The Great Escape DVD from Amazon), he simply passes his b-b-blog to his visitors to put online.
