Safer Internet: At 46%, people in Germany are most likely to consider themselves advanced or expert users of the Internet and in the Netherlands, this applies to four out of ten people. In Portugal, on the other hand, only 15% of people feel they are advanced or expert Internet users and the wide majority (60%) rate themselves as intermediate users.
