Ainda sobre isto, Bloggers Give Credit, Journalists Typically Don't: Journlists at mainstream news outlets--I have worked at CBS Network Radio News, one of its affiliates, and freelance for several publications--have a whole series of trouble they go to to avoid crediting other news organizations. They essentially won't do it unless they absolutely have to. You'll almost never see a CNN anchor say "ABC news is reporting..."
But bloggers do exactly that, almost every time. And you know what? It's like a breath of fresh air. I prefer it so much, especially as a reader of blogs. It helps me judge the quality of the source, and it just creates an atmosphere of refreshing straightforwardness--instead of playing weird games.
