Poll Finds Majority Worldwide See Widespread Business Corruption: Two in three adults worldwide believe corruption permeates the business community in their countries, according to a
new Gallup poll released Thursday.
That perception is at its highest in Sub-Saharan Africa, where 76% of adults believe corruption in business is widespread, but it exists in the West too. In the U.S. 62% of the adult population believes corruption is widespread, while 63% of the European Union hold that belief.
