A magistrada sustenta que o programa informático onde os magistrados passam a emitir os despachos «é vulnerável a intromissões do poder político», tese que justifica com o facto de qualquer funcionário poder ter acesso ao sistema podendo consultar ou alterar os processos, violando o segredo de justiça.
Declara que «o poder político, através do Ministério da Justiça, tem a possibilidade de ler em cada momento o que um juiz escreve em determinado processo».

Time to Hang Up the Pajamas: I learned the hard way: while blogs can do many wonderful things, making huge amounts of money isn't one of them.
Advertisers shy away from blogs because they're too unpredictable and because few blogs attract anything approaching a mass audience—and even those that do face so much competition that ad rates remain pitifully low. [...]
But as for that vision of the guy in his pajamas making millions with a blog? Or that one about investors raking in billions by betting on that guy in the pajamas? Take it from someone who dreamed the dream: I wish it were true, but right now it's looking like yet another high-tech fairy tale.

Google's First Real Threat? Twitter. Twitter knows what our most read post is. It was retweeted more than any other. They have the data. Google does not (or they have to look a lot harder to get it). This same information disparity exists across all sorts of potential queries. They have the opinions of millions of people on what really matters.
This data is gold. If Twitter’s model includes some tax to using the system (as some have proposed), I think they are crazy. The more info they get, the more value they create. How will they use it? Well, we will see. But, if I was Google, I would be paying attention.
Google Next Victim Of Creative Destruction? Twitter search today is crude — but so was Google.com once upon a not so long time ago.
How Tweet It Is: Sure, the Twitter guys still have no idea how to make money off their fabulous invention. But for now they are living in a dreamworld of infinite possibilities, maybe the last one on Earth.
